Key Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist and support the Director of Business Development with the implementation of business development and marketing strategies for the Firm. \xe2\x80\xa2 To manage and maintain the website and other social media platforms. \xe2\x80\xa2 To work closely with Director of Business Development handling or attending any other duties relating to Business Development which may be assigned from time to time. Attributes \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Admin-Management/Marketing/Mass Communications-Media/Ecomomics or other equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Past work experience accepted but not essential . \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently proactive. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to prioritize and multitask. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good command of English for communication and writing skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Salary commensurate with experience. Training \xe2\x80\xa2 The right candidate will have the opportunity to be part of the Business Development team and will be involved in a wide range of business development support activities for the legal industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Extensive on the job training will be provided. It is envisaged that the candidate will in time have a set of skills which will stand him or her in good stead as a business development professional; \xe2\x80\xa2 Specific exposure and training include opportunities to: o Interact with the leading international legal journals of the world; o Interact with other business development of international law firm associations; o Learn how to prepare and submit annual questionnaires to leading international legal journals; o Learn how to manage events and seminars; o Assist in planning and organizing overseas marketing trips; o Assist in planning and organizing legal seminars; o Understand the budgeting process; o Learn how to update and maintain websites.
