Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree or 5 years above working experience
Minimum 5 years of working experience in retail industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
Provide customer service and resolve customer queries
Proactively market the company to prospects and convey the advantages of our solutions.
Understand client\'s business requirements and provide professional service on Marketing standards & strategies.
Ensure customer satisfaction by responding quickly and accurately to problems, concerns, or needs.
Love finding ways to connect with people and talk with them about their advertising and marketing efforts.
Exhibit exceptional strategic sales, marketing, and persuasion skills.
Monitor sales conversion rates and optimize the sales process to respond to any objections.
Develop new sales opportunities and retain the existing client.
Coordinate projects and ensure progress is delivered within the timeline.
Build your own pipeline of leads and cold call prospective customers.
Expand the company\'s client base by identifying new client prospects and ensuring the company\'s strong presence.
Engage with clients, open conversations, understand challenges, pitch to potential clients in the professional services industry.
Work with the Marketing team to develop new branding strategies.
Research and Identify new business sales opportunities - new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
Develop, execute, and lead our sales strategy, product/technical roadmaps, and objectives to secure strategic long term customer relationships.
Manage end to end sales processes, often lasting 6 months, negotiating terms and closing deals.
Foster and develop relationships with clients & partners and, listen to their VOCs, and share with team members to improve solutions.
