Drive property market agent penetration and meet target. . Manage agent acquisition task, focusing on signing up agents to our platform through effective means. . Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring agents are satisfied and fully utilizing our platform\'s capabilities. . Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing leads, promoting and selling our product offerings to drive prospects to become subscribers. . Proactively engage property agency/agent prospects, generate sales opportunities, and convert leads. . Establish good professional relationships with agents and seek referrals. . Monitor, report, and review competitor activities/programs in the market, proposing actionable strategies to maintain competitiveness. . Ensure reporting of sales performance. Requirements: . At least 2 years of experience in a Sales & Business Development environment, preferably in the prop-tech or real estate industry. . Good understanding of the real estate/property agents market and its key players. . Strong communication and writing skills with proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese. .
