Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Advertising/Media
Minimum 1 year of experience in strategizing and optimizing paid media strategies across various channels, including Facebook/Instagram, AdWords, YouTube, and other third-party ad platforms
Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients), and BahasaTech-savvy with a solid understanding of online marketing tools
Experience in marketing agency, e-commerce, partnership marketing, or dropshipping business is a plus

Manage a diverse portfolio of marketing programs and partners.
Proactively seek out, onboard, and develop new partners and paid channels in key markets.
Drive rapid growth and offer invaluable support to the company\'s client sales and marketing objectives.
Analyze partner and channel performance, report on ROI outcomes, and suggest optimization strategies.
Cultivate strong relationships with partners and channels through regular contact via Skype, telephone, and email.
Stay updated on partner and CPC marketing trends, identifying fresh opportunities and conducting competitor analysis.
Collaborate with the Manager to foster business growth aligned with company targets and KPIs.
