Coordinate with the Business development for patient onboarding activity. Resolves or appropriately refer to questions, requests, and problems. Making or Receiving calls from patients and discussing symptoms to guide them if they need to seek medical care Conveys Clinic/rehab-related services and information as needed Provides patient comfort and support as appropriate Keeps patients/families informed if running late or changes in schedule Coordinate and work with the Clinic/rehab team for registrations and admissions. Assists rehab team with paperwork and documentation as needed Outreach to and collaborate with patients by telephone to provide information about the product and services. The executive will also receive inbound calls from patients and provide onboarding services to ensure easy and safe onboarding. During onboarding calls, the specialist collects and documents pertinent health information, including medical, surgical, and social histories. The patient onboarding must be able to react very quickly and be nimble in providing appropriate responses to meet the needs of the patient and our internal team members in a timely, calm, and professional manner. Document accurate and concise patient/family feedback during each call in our software applications/systems. Prepare & present MIS Report to the management. SUCCESS METRICS Make calls to patients/ attendants/doctors Outreach to all newly enrolled patients Constant contact with care delivery coordinators Maintain a 90% accuracy rate for completed intakes and health histories Complete 95% of all patient interactions originating from an inbound call Qualifications Diploma / Certificate / Graduates are welcome to apply . Minimum 2 Years experience in medical marketing, hospital / Clinic marketing, healthcare marketing or medical tourism. Proficient in computer skills Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
