Primary Objective:
To perform sales and business activities * To promote and sell General Insurance Bancassurance product at RHB Branches
- To identify potential prospects and build/maintain close rapport with both bankers and customers
- Provide sales advisory to the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s customers on General Insurance products
- To generate own leads from walk-in customers, bank events, and personal contacts
- To identify new sales strategies and approaches to achieve monthly sales target
- Actively participate in the bank\xe2\x80\x99s sales and promotion activities
- To deliver best sales practice and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure sales and services rendered to customers are in compliance with internal and external polices, guideline as well as regulations
- To increase the overall Renewal Ratio (%) to min 70% for business classes
- To increase the Penetration Ratio (%) on Mass and Affluent segments
- To target untapped emerging segments (RHB Affluent Segment)
- To ensure to achieve the monthly assigned target and yearly individual budget
Formal Education: * Bachelor in Degree or Diploma Holder. Preferably in Banking/Economics/Finance/Insurance
- Or SPM holder with more than 5 years relevant working experiences
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
