JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title : Business Development Position (Recruitment and Contracts Manpower Services) The Business Development role is responsible for the development and maintenance of Clients and
Accounts. This is achieved through outside sales activity, qualification of prospective clients and the development of existing client accounts. Business Development 1. Execute effective business development activities including: sourcing and qualifying clients, identifying decision makers, establishing client relationships, completing company and department profiles/org charts, building relationships with internal recruiters, marketing candidates, identifying cross-selling opportunities and scheduling client visits. 2. Responsible for selling staffing solutions to prospective clients in need of Finance/Accounting and/or Office professionals for temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire assistance. 3. Establish the relationship with new potential clients and maintain strong relationship with the existing client. 4. Effectively create weekly call plan or action plan to help accomplish activity expectations. 5. Maintain accurate and current profiles in BRAINS on all current and targeted potenti al clients. 6. Participate in daily information sharing with management and staff to ensure account maintenance and maximum revenue development. 7. Manage territory effectively; maintain current competitor/ market knowledge. 8. Consistently monitor candidate pool relating to competitive salaries in local market. 9. Maintain minimum standard performance measures including weekly activity requirements for connects, interviews and leads, as well as established monetary productivity requirements. 10. Assist in the recruiting efforts as per management direction. 11. Ensuring active participation in all tenders and bids. 12. Ensure company policy, as well as federal and state employment law compliance. Page 1* of 2* 13. To strategize to assist in recruitment. 2. Preparation of business development reports / presentation to the General Manager. 3. Establishment of the Business Development operation manual and associated procedures. 4. Prepare and appropriately document sales reports for all weekly sales activity, market and competitor information and business and market trends and presented to the General
Manager. 5. Define targeted companies and forecast semi-annual projections. 6. To comply all Sales Business Targets which the General Manager will establish at regular intervals. 7. There must be total commitment to the Sales Target as set by the General Manager. 8. Facilitate the establishment of the Corporate Business Plan. 9. Tour client facilities in order to gain full understanding of clients\xe2\x80\x99 goals and objectives. 10. Any other requirements/ tasks that assists in the Business Activities as instructed by
Management Business Intelligence / Marketing 1. Supervise the development and maintenance of the business development In telligence system 2.
