Job Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive at KTIC Marketing Sdn Bhd located in Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some remote work. The Incumbent will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and conducting market research, as well as supporting the business development team in creating and implementing sales strategies. The incumbent e will also have the opportunity to work closely with senior management to gain further experience in business development and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
• Candidates with speak and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor\'s degree / diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or individuals with different work experience are encouraged to apply.

• Demonstrated interest in business development and sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-oriented, collaborative, and proactive attitude.
• Priority given to those who have own transport.

• Hires and trains agents, and gains a comprehensive understanding of the company\'s hiring needs.
• To create and maintain a strong network with agents.
• Attracting agents through databases, online employment portals, socia media, etc.
• Identify, strategize, and manage business development strategies for the company to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
• Reviewing sales performance.
• Negotiating contracts and packages.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and duties as and when required on an accurate and timely basis.
