We are seeking a new Business Development Executive to join our team. You will be assisting in various stages of the sales funnel, including awareness of new offerings, generating leads, and retaining customers. Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Research, discover and generate lists of potential customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature. \xe2\x80\xa2 Help develop client relationships and retain existing accounts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Building and maintaining a CRM database. \xe2\x80\xa2 Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. \xe2\x80\xa2 Record and report required information in a timely and accurate manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend conference, meetings, and road shows events. \xe2\x80\xa2 Advertise and manage company profiles and products on social media sites such as Facebook, WeChat, WhatsApp, Instagram, blogs, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling customers and being able to follow customers\' requests through social media. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contact the customer and manage the customer\'s order. Contact the courier/service provider and follow up on the delivery status. \xe2\x80\xa2 Master social media applications and advertising techniques to get more sales data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creative ideas for marketing plans. \xe2\x80\xa2 General Office Management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute to the development of integrated digital marketing strategies via social media to promote and advertise the company\'s products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage daily online sales activities for company after-sales services to achieve sales targets, respond to customers\' inquiries, and manage customers\' orders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Copywriting ideas for service descriptions and postings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create creative content for ads, such as photos or videos. \xe2\x80\xa2 Teach customers how to use our web booking system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform inside sales ( work in office). \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform outside sales (field sales). \xe2\x80\xa2 Help to develop & expand new potential market opportunity potential. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fixed Basic + incentive + commission + referral commission. Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree /diploma/graduate diploma in any field. \xe2\x80\xa2 2-3 years working experience in a business development and sales role is a plus but not compulsory. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently and team together. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required Skill(s): possess effective presentation skills, good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure, pleasant personality, good communication. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to do attitude and keep improving through nonstop learning. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to communicate Mandarin, English and Bahasa is compulsory. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to travel to outstation for business trip if need. \xe2\x80\xa2 Require skill computer knowledge, social media basic knowledge and internet know-how. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
