Job Description

Skills & Competency:

1. Ability to identify, develop, and maintain partnerships with industries, government agencies, and training institutions.

2. Strong capability to promote training programs, secure new clients (funder), and achieve revenue targets.

3. Build long-term trust with clients, companies, and stakeholders to ensure continuous collaboration and repeat business.

4. Prepare impactful proposals, quotations, and presentations to attract and convince potential partners (funders, industries, etc).

5. Conduct industry needs analysis, training gap studies, and competitor benchmarking.

6. Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Areas of Responsibilities :

1. Develop proposals and presentations for potential clients, sponsors, and partners.

2. Manage the sales pipeline - from lead generation, prospecting, follow-ups, to deal closure.

3. Identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships with industries, government agencies, banking institutions or other related stakeholders.

4. Promote collaboration for industrial training, technical certification, and talent development programs.

5. Conduct needs analysis and market scanning to identify new training opportunities aligned with industry demand.

6. Liaise with HRD Corp, state/federal agencies, and industry associations for funding or program endorsements.

7. Support management in developing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or Letter of Intent (LoI) with partners.

8. Other related roles as per assignment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
