We are currently seeking an ambitious and motivated Executive to join our Telematics Sales team based at our office in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur. Kinesis Pro is our innovative telematics system, and you will be responsible for offering our solutions into the market targeting Key Accounts, Strategic Partnerships & Tenders

What will you be doing?
  • Support delivery of Business Development\xe2\x80\x99s monthly & yearly sales targets, comprising new key account sales, partnerships & tenders.
  • Develop and sustain the business\xe2\x80\x99s pipeline in accordance with the set target by management. Identify, analyse, formulate strategies and manage funnel of potential sales projects.
  • Work across the Group for the implementation of a business plan from origination, planning, execution, and control towards achieving successful delivery of targets.
  • Initiate and maintain engagement with new key account clients with the view to drive and secure new business. Engagement with other stakeholders such as potential clients, government bodies & strategic partners.
  • Develop and submit business proposals to potential clients (unsolicited) and coordinate pre-qualification and tender exercise with all relevant business units (requested by client). Work in tandem with the operation teams for the participation of tender, commercial, and strategy to win.
  • Undertake business intelligence work, research, market analysis, and assessment of competitors, clients, strategic partners, etc. with a view to providing market and stakeholders feedback on the proposal/tender with the objective of achieving commercial advantage or strategic positioning.
  • Execute and control the development of the commercial and partnership strategy which are relevant for the business.
What experience / skills are we looking for?
  • Strong communication skills are a must with good written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates proficient in Mandarin and other dialects will have an added advantage.
  • Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or enterprise account management, project tendering, leasing or relevant experience in relevant fields.
  • Willing to travel in the field for work, and work in the office as well (must possess your own transportation).
  • Able to work independently as much as they are able to work in a team.
  • Applicants with experience in selling logistics products have an added advantage.
  • We need someone with good business acumen, believes in building healthy long-term working relationships with colleagues and clients, and truly believe that a personality must be added to any commercial projects especially companies deserve good workspaces built from scratch.
