Job Description
1) Rating \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor customer service job ex(Rating, Review, complaints from guests, daily routine report) 2) Find new units \xe2\x80\xa2 Find a new unit (owner, investors, or rent unit) from the town area (Melaka Raya & Kota laksamana) \xe2\x80\xa2 Condo plus facilities \xe2\x80\xa2 If the landed unit must be with the swimming pool. \xe2\x80\xa2 profitable unit (Monitor unit and work as a team) 3) Build a good relationship with owners and investors 4) Maintenance \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor the maintenance team and make sure the maintenance list is updated from time to time 5) In overall monitor owners, investors, customer service team, maintenance, and property agent. 6) Purchase things to set up new units. 7) Any ad hoc work
