Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- \xe2\x81\xa0Successfully achieve individual financial and non-financial targets consistently on a monthly basis.
- \xe2\x81\xa0Initiate and execute BD activity to generate sufficient opportunities to achieve targets
- Build strong consultative relationship with major GLC accounts and regulatory bodies to ensure retention and growth
- Successfully acquire, plan and execute projects together with internal customers
- Represent the organization with the utmost integrity and professionalism - ensuring team delivers speed of response, quality delivery and recruitment expertise
- Plan, strategize and execute activities based on industry trends
- To set and maintain high standards of professionalism in all aspects, including personal presentation and manner, standards of branch tidiness and appearance, telephone manner and communication.
- Other duties/special projects/responsibilities as assigned by your manager
General Minimum Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing /Business Development
- Minimum 1-3 years proven track record in sales & business development
- Experience in a fast-paced sales environment especially within the government sectors & bodies.
- Proficient in MS-office
- Cold Calling + Target List creation.
- People management, product knowledge
- Negotiation and qualifying skills
- Consultative skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong business acumen skills
- Good experience with excellent contact in handling corporate clients
Location: Penang
WORKING HOURS
Monday to Thursday: 9am - 6pm
Friday: 9am - 5.30pm
