Executive Recruitment Company Monroe Consulting Group\'s Health Division is partnering with a global leading provider of innovative products in the healthcare industry. Our established client is a principal company that brings high-tech innovative optical products to more than 80 countries over the world.

As business growth and expansion continues, our esteemed client is looking for a Business Development Executive to execute delegated sales plans or campaigns to achieve sales targets. You will be required to achieve territory coverage through effective sales visits and call frequencies in the Penang region.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identifying new sales opportunities in both existing and new customers and building strong relations with key customers for long-term growth.
• Coordinating business generation activities.
• Developing customized targeted sales strategies.
• Collaborating with sales managers to secure, retain and grow accounts.
• Visit Planning on bi-weekly basis, completing daily sales calls and maintain customer\'s information via Salesforce.
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Conduct and schedule customer visits to understand customer\'s needs and problem solving in a timely manner.
• Creating informative presentations.
• Present and deliver product information to potential customers.
• Understanding customer needs and offering effective solutions and support.
• Answering customer inquiries and follow-up call questions.
• Responding to customer requests for proposals.
• Establish relationships with relevant key stakeholders in the company.

• Proven sales track record, market development, and customer relationship management is preferred.
• Possess strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet sales targets.
• Must be willing to travel.
