Job Responsibility New Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for expansion. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads. Client Relationship Management Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand clients\' business needs and provide tailored solutions. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Sales Target Achievement Set and achieve ambitious sales targets in alignment with company goals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Product Knowledge Stay updated on the features and benefits of our products/services. Clearly articulate the value proposition to potential clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials. Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities. Job Requirements Possess Diploma/ Degree Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (as junior). Knowledge in Software, Accounting and Property Management are added advantage. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Communication Skill and Good Working Attitude are the key factors for this role Excellent communication skill both written and verbal Work with minimum supervision, self driven and result oriented In house training will be provided Passionate in providing quality service to clients Must possess own transport.
