Business Development Executive
Job Description
You will play the Business Development role in managing external merchants\' deals and campaigns for our subsidiary company, Motherhood Care+ - the leading confinement community platform in Malaysia. You are responsible for managing the flow of work for ops team to ensure that campaigns are completed on time, within budget and meeting customer expectation. Job Responsibility Merchant Service and onboarding. Negotiation of deals and campaigns. Manage and monitor campaign plan, timeline, deliverable and resources. Be responsible for end-to-end success of each campaign and ensure it meets KPI. Customer service on enquiries relating to the campaigns and deals. Liase with merchants - understand requirement, provide updates and generate reports. Ensure proper execution that delivers promised results. Timliness in updating campaign milestones and status. , Job Requirements Preferably graduates from business, advertising or media planning background. Must love to work in a high growth technology scale-up environment. Passionate about the work, KPI-driven and able to work in team. Positive attitude with good communication skills.
