Job Description


RESPONSIBILITES

  • To perform follow up on potential deals and customers.
  • Daily sourcing of leads or new sales opportunities.
  • To liaise with R&D team closely for customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiry.
  • To arrange food presentation, food testing or customer visits for potential, new and existing customers.
  • To achieve monthly sales target discussed and set by management team.
  • To provide solutions to potential, new and existing customers.
  • To maintain a good and healthy relationship with potential, new and existing customers.
  • To track orders, trace production and trace delivery on your sales.
  • To proactively follow up payment and collect payment.
  • To perform after sales service to existing customers.
  • To conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, and report to superior.
  • To submit weekly sales report to superior.
  • To draft and prepare any relevant documents (e.g. Sales Contract, Non-Disclosure Agreement etc) as well as new customer account opening.
  • To fully commit in any sales related process.
  • To arrange quarterly sales meeting with Sales Team and Managing Director for review and discussion.
  • Any ad hoc task by superior or management.
