Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Jaya One, Petaling Jaya, Selangor Client: Hexamatics What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do: You will be responsible for increasing sales by sourcing new clients and convincing existing clients to increase their business with us. We consider your role critical to the longevity of the company and therefore your performance and potential for driving sales must be exceptional. It will be your responsibility to develop a deep understanding of the full spectrum of human resource and business outsourcing services in order for you to look for strategic opportunities in the market. You will also familiarize yourself with all the products and services offered by our company. A key measure of your performance will be the number of sales meetings and ancillary sales activities you perform everyday. You will report these activities daily in our CRM software. You will maintain client accounts in an impeccable manner. Client happiness and satisfaction will be one of your primary goals and therefore you will be responsible for quality of service. Your business development methods will be creative and innovative, demonstrating lateral thinking. You will be expected to contribute to the development of best-in-class sales strategies. You will give clients to work on and at the same time, you can also bring in your own clients. Each BD will have recruiters under them which will help to recruit for the job orders given by the client. Any candidates hired by the client will result in commission earned for you on top of your basic salary. QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCES

• 1-5 years of professional experience in sales or business development

• Fluent in English, both in writing and verbal communication

• Fantastic interpersonal communication, negotiation and sales skills
