Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve profitability and growth objectives
Visit and service existing customers, expand existing business, and manage projects
Prospect, qualify, and establish new customers, developing new business
Develop and submit comprehensive proposals to potential clients
Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships with strategically important customers
Meet and exceed monthly targets, maintain up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts
Provide effective after-sales service and mitigate customer issues
Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections from respective accounts
Work closely with the marketing team to roll out new product launches, trade events, and promotional campaigns
Maintain proper records of customer data
