- With experience in develop international market
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential international markets in SEA, Middle East, Singapore etc for franchise expansion.
- Develop and implement strategies for international franchise expansion.
- Identify and evaluate potential franchisees in target markets.
- Negotiate franchise agreements and terms with international partners.
- Provide support and guidance to franchisees to ensure they adhere to brand standards.
- Implement and enforce brand guidelines, operational procedures, and quality standards.
- Work closely with franchisees to maintain brand integrity and customer experience.
- Develop training programs for international franchisees to ensure they understand and implement the business model effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement international marketing strategies.
