To defend, loyalize and develop the given accounts of beauty or haircare salons.
To consistently acquire and conquest New Accounts via distributions in a given target and continously expand the sector of coverage in the given area.
Provide quality customer services to all salons and maintain excellent trade relationship.
To visit and conduct Quarterly Business reviews with all the Accounts.
To ensure that these Key Accounts achieve their Sales Purchase Targets as per their respective contracts signed in a consistent and progressive manner monthly and Quarterly.
Plan, Implement, Reconcile and Review the Trade Marketing monthly programs / activities in accordance with the agreed guidelines.
To work closely with the Marketing and the NSM to ensure that these Key Accounts are well serviced. Ensure Trade marketing to end consumer is well excuted.
To update and maintain the Key Accounts\' sales data, distribution data, contracts and all other important information in a Key Accounts Excel File.
To provide Management with timely and accurate feedback on Salons and competitors\' activities.
Be fully prepared to participate and attend all Sales Meeting / Conferences as directed by management irrespective of timing and dates.
To establish a reputation for sincerity, honesty and reliability.
Keep an open attitude and active mind, a preparedness to learn and improve personal skills, and to adapt to changing circumstances.
To strictly adhere to all the company\'s policies.
Merchandising
To co-ordinate on all Merchandising and Visuals between the Sales and Marketing Department and the appointed salons.
Ensures that all Merchandising designs and Visuals are in accordance to each brand\'s guidelines before actual construction and installation is done.
Ensures that all Merchandising and Visuals support costs are accounted for and that Contracts and other Terms and Conditions are documented and signed before starting any projects.
Ensures all Merchandising is well and fully display according to salon products category choosen.
Requirements:
The candidate must have at least 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably those from haircare or healthcare industry.
Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.
Dynamic, energetic and sales oriented.
Preferably Executives specializing in Sales and Business Development.
Good communication skills with all levels of people.
Proficiency computer skills, Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
