Job Description


  • Have more than 2 years sales experience in construction/ manufacturing industry
  • Experience in developing good relationship with customers/ consultants/ architects/ contractors/ project owner & etc.
  • Propose & implementing market strategies, analyze and report market trends
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports
Responsibilities
  • Propose & implementing market strategies, analyze and report market trends
  • Selling a diverse range of insulation products to developers and contractors
  • Explore new customers and looking for the opportunity of potential customers and follow up
  • Execute strategies from the management
  • Collect the market information concerning competitors, changes in market
  • Access client\'s needs, explain and demonstrate products to them. It involves in providing technical description of product and describing the purpose of use or the application of products
  • Responsible to achieve monthly sales target, monthly projects given by company
  • To receive and raise customers complaint regarding on service or products and to follow up with customers on corrective actions
  • Help to coordinate with dealer team to arrange with supplier to develop new broachers or catalogue design
  • To promote company products and conducting presentation
