Job Description
Overview So what is your role about?
- Support the Manager in planning and implementing real estate business development opportunities for the company.
- Coordinate the design and planning works in consultation with professional/ specialist and to ensure project objectives met.
- Assist to procurement, negotiation with Consultants/ Contractors/Suppliers and make recommendation to Manager.
- Assist in the coordination of multi-disciplinary works within a project/ outsource project assignment including project planning, budget and etc.
- Assist and work closely with Manager and Division Manager of organization to understand and contribute to their functional development requirement in a project.
- Prepare applications and coordinate for project approvals. Coordinate for post commencement related issues related to land and approvals.
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as similar function in property development.
- Diploma/ Bachelor degree of Real Estate Management, Finance, Marketing or related discipline.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Group Hospitalization Insurance and Personal Accident insurance also included.
