Requirements

• Possess Diploma/Professional Certificate/Degree in any field
• Able to commute to Glenmarie (near Subang Jaya) and possess own vehicle
• Willing to travel
• Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin
• Preferably with working experience in building materials/sales/business development/marketing
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Identify leads, projects and new market opportunities
• Conduct market research on brand position and evaluate customer needs
• To specify brand and products with owners and consultants
• Set up meetings with potential and existing clients to build rapport
• Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations and negotiate and conclude sales
• Plan and implement new sales initiatives
• Participate in industry events and domestic and international exhibitions
• Plan and manage digital branding and marketing activities
• Work closely with team members to achieve positive sales position
