Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Trade Assistant located in Subang Jaya. The Trade Assistant will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to Shipping Trade lanes. This includes assisting with customer inquiries, data analysis, gathering market information & planning new service. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills, Communication, Customer Service skills Experience in Shipping Trade lanes Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team Profound in Microsoft Strong attention to detail Proficiency in relevant software applications Experience in the shipping or logistics industry is a plus
