This role combines strategic marketing, client communication, and business development to grow the company's presence and client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach -- conducted

Present and promote iPEN's solutions
(web/app development, AI-based systems, dashboards, etc.) to prospects and partners.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through
consistent communication and follow-up.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to create customized solutions for clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipelines.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to represent iPEN's services.
Provide insights on market trends, competitors, and potential areas for business expansion.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in sales or business development (preferably in tech, IT, or software solutions).
Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Confident, proactive, and target-driven with a strong sense of initiative.
Ability to understand and explain technology-based solutions to non-technical clients.
Fluent in English and Malay (both written and spoken).
Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
