Key Responsibilities: Business Opportunity Identification:

• Identify new business opportunities aligned with the restaurant\'s vision and mission.
• Build strategic relationships with potential customers and industry players.

Customer Relationship Development:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and plan initiatives to expand the customer base.

Market Analysis:

• Gather data and analyze market trends in the food & beverage industry.
• Provide market assessment-based recommendations to improve products and services.

Marketing and Promotion Strategy:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Manage promotional campaigns to enhance the restaurant\'s visibility.

Product and Service Development:

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop innovative menus.
• Assist in improving services to meet customer needs.

Negotiation and Business Dealings:

• Responsible for negotiations and business agreements.
• Achieve set sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in business development or sales in the food & beverage industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Creative, innovative, and goal-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
