As a Business Development Executive for Happy Pet Malaysia, you are the face behind our brand as a provider to Happy Dog And Happy Cat Retail Products. Proper nutrition is key to optimal dog and cat health. It is an idea carried throughout our entire line of pet food\xe2\x80\x94specialized nutrition that makes a difference. This role will provide you an incredible portfolio of formulas to represent, each of them backed by scientific research and Interquell (Bavarian family owned and managed company) the producer who has 50 years of manufacturing expertise in the dog and cat nutrition every day need by fortifying natural ingredient at the highest level. This is a full-time role as a Business Development Executive - Veterinary, our office based in Seri Kembangan. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key veterinary partners and clinics in the whole Malayisa regions, and driving sales by recommending our products to the veterinary community. This role involves working closely with the Happy Pet team as well as with veterinarians and other relevant stakeholders in the industry. Qualifications

• Veterinary background is a MUST
• Responsible to Develop market in the given area and obtain an appointment of new prospecting account.
• Strategically develop new and existing accounts within your area
• Traveling within your area or outside your area to build close relationship with new and existing accounts
• Have experience in Pet Food Industry or FMCG will be an advantage
• Analyze data and convert them into actions that lead to the desired results
• Develop trade activities for customer and execute them pro-actively
• Work closely together with the operations team to provide excellent service along the Sales Process
• Perform the cash collection activities from the customer to the company.
• Provide the report on sales activity as per company required.
• Housing allowance / Working permit is not provided
• The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

• Promote Happy Dog And Happy Cat Retail Product line
• Grow the Happy Pet Retail business by using innovative sales and marketing concepts to achieve assigned goals in all key measures.
• Showing a sales excellence by driving for results.
• Building and maintaining a commercial relationship with partners of the stores.
• Create a positive Happy Pet experience by providing top-tier customer services to clients through a consultative selling approach
• Provide Nutritional Pet Food training to retail stores and their staff through product detailing/comparisons and Special Events.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• You are required to have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license, a satisfactory driving record
• Must be able to travel, including overnight as needed to manage the assigned territory.
• Must have reliable transportation in order to manage the assigned territory.
