The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities by developing and implementing sales strategies. Sales strategies not limited to lead generation from LinkedIn, Job Search and other social media portals. Develop clients pipeline, leads and also involve building and maintaining strong client relationships and networking, including staying up to date on industry trends and market developments. The ability to execute a call plan to understand prospective customer\'s business & to generate qualified leads. Manage sales proposal, pricing, contract negotiation and sales closing. Must be able to handle sales enquiries via call, chat, video conference and other digital assets from customers with a demonstration of excellent customer service skill to meet and exceed customer\'s needs. Qualifications Excellent communication skills Sales and marketing skills, with a deep understanding of the consultative sales process Strong networking and relationship-building skills Experience in the human resources or professional services industry Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, human resources, or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Experience in managing a sales team is a plus Willing to travel
