Job Description


Key Responsibilities: Generate Revenue : Secure sponsorship deals, acquisitions, and generate significant revenue for our esports events. Identify potential sponsors, create compelling sponsorship packages, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brands, gaming companies, technology partners, and other relevant entities. Collaborate to identify synergies and co-create opportunities for exposure and revenue generation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, event management, and creative, to ensure the seamless execution of partnership agreements and sponsorship activations. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential partners and sponsors to secure favorable terms that align with our objectives. Ensure all agreements are accurately drafted, reviewed, and adhered to throughout the partnership. Innovation and Growth: Continuously explore innovative ways to drive revenue through partnerships and sponsorships. Identify new avenues for collaboration and revenue generation within the esports ecosystem. Customized Presentations: Create tailored presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the unique benefits of partnering with our company and sponsoring our events. Customize pitches to address the specific needs and objectives of potential partners. Innovation and Creativity: Continuously explore innovative ways to monetize and enhance the value of our esports events. Develop new revenue streams and partnership opportunities to drive sustained growth. Qualifications: Proven success in securing partnerships and sponsorships. Extensive network for sponsorships and collaborations. Minimum 2 years of experience in the esports industry. Experience working in EO for handling sponsorship and collaboration will be preferable. Deep understanding of esports trends, players, and landscape. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities. Clear communication across various mediums: presentations, emails, calls. Strategic thinking and analytical skills for identifying opportunities. Self-motivated, results-driven, and effective in teamwork and Skilled at simplifying complex issues and finding creative solutions. Openness to travel for industry events and meetings. Fluent in English is a must. *Salary Range: RM4,500 - RM5,500*
