Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Business Development Manager

to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, developing new business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships. You will play a key part in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets and support the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by generating new leads and sales opportunities. Identify, prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities. Develop and deliver customized business proposals, sales pitches, and presentations to clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle, ensuring satisfaction and contract renewals. Ensure services are delivered in accordance with contractual agreements. Monitor and track sales performance, pipeline activities, and revenue forecasts. Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, and tender submissions. Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Support the development and execution of annual sales strategies, business plans, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar managerial role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and securing major business accounts. Strong strategic thinking, resourcefulness, and ability to work independently. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal in English). Solid knowledge of business development, sales processes, and marketing strategies. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
