The Role

Be part of the pioneer team for Xendit\'s expansion in Malaysia, moving the needle from 0 to 1 to 1,000,000,000; and be the bridge between customers and our best in class solutions.

Outcomes

  • Start relationships with potential client\'s key decision makers and stakeholders
  • Listen, question, and engage clients in understanding their pain points, and be able to formulate a solution
  • Ability to create a business case by identifying the opportunity, risk, and resources required
  • Collaborate with engineering and customer success team to deliver product feedback and feature requests
  • Analyze and target new opportunities for our Experiments to grow our footprint
  • Work with partners such as banks, BNPL, e-wallets to identify new use cases and clientele
  • Do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed

Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in payments industry, with a history of top-tier sales performance
  • Proven Hunter with a successful track record of closing significant deals
  • Have strong presentation skills, both during in-person meetings and over conference calls
  • Experience engaging and presenting to C-level executives
Relevant Skills
  • Must - fluent in business English. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Optional - Experience in startups is a bonus
  • Optional - Understands APIs and able to explain in basic technical terms
