Position: Business Development Manager - Fintech Tenure: 1 year contract - renewable basis Working Location - Remote Working Hour - Standard Salary: Open for negotiation Job responsibilities Identify sales targets and leaders of opinion Present our products and services to new clients Collect data on market competitors, including prices, product sales, and sales campaigns, as well as marketing methods Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets Maintain good working relations with existing and new clients Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts Attend major industry events Identify ideal marketing channels for optimal customer engagement Develop promotional materials and marketing plans for traditional and digital advertising channels Guide the marketing team with expert insights during marketing campaigns Collaborate with marketing and sales team in the development and execution of campaigns, including content creation, new product launches, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement Job Requirement Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or any related field Fluent English, Malay and Mandarin 2+ years of experience in a similar industry or within the financial sector Proficient in Google apps Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adapt to changes Ability to keep a proactive position in running a business Ability to travel when required
