Business Development Manager (HR)- JB
Responsibilities:
- Identify new sales opportunities, track opportunities and close sales
- Follow up leads in a timely manner
- Ensure signing of contracts and renewal of contracts
- Accountability to sales target and receivable targets
- Attain customer feedback to the company
- Liaison between the customer and the company
- Minimum Diploma in marketing/ business administration
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the field of sales & marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with team throughout the organisation
- Highly motivated, confident communicator and result oriented.
- Well presented.
- HR knowledge is added advantage.
- Working location at Penang, JB, Terengganu, Kuantan, Sarawak,
