Job Description
A Business Development manager who pioneers a new business devision, managing in-licensing and pitching outsourcing services to key clients especially the pharmaceutical companies.
- Gain new business (commercial outsourcing) by growing existing business and key accounts through a multichannel, customer engagement strategy that builds HCP confidence in and loyalty to company products.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients and pharmaceutical companies
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Development and Partnerships, to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee the delivery of commercial outsourcing services, ensuring high-quality and timely execution of projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite
- Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in business development in Pharmaceutical industries or Digital Agency.
- Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and achieving targets in a
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin is a plus).
