Job Description

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years\' relevant experience in food service and export market within the FMCG Sector
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin and proficiency in RM software, MS Office, and other relevant sales tools
• Proven track record in successful business development within export sales and food service industries.
• Extensive experience in international sales, demonstrating a deep understanding of global markets.
• Local and overseas travel is required
• Leadership experience, adept at managing and motivating a high-performing sales team.

• To Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to expand export sales and penetrate the food service market, aligning with organizational objectives.
• Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities in targeted international markets, driving increased revenue and market share.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners, ensuring exceptional service and fostering long-term collaborations.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Provide insights and recommendations for product development tailored to meet the demands and preferences of international markets.
• Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of international trade regulations and ensure strict compliance with export sales regulations and protocols.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, enhancing brand visibility and establishing industry presence.
• Travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, to meet clients, explore opportunities, and solidify partnerships.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations and enhance efficiency.
• Carry out duties in complying to Company\'s Food Safety System, Company\'s Environment Guidelines, Company\'s Health and Safety Guidelines, Company\'s Policy and Procedures, etc. by maintaining, evaluating and continuous improvement.
