Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant discipline
Minimum 5 years\' relevant experience in food service and export market within the FMCG Sector
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin and proficiency in RM software, MS Office, and other relevant sales tools
Proven track record in successful business development within export sales and food service industries.
Extensive experience in international sales, demonstrating a deep understanding of global markets.
Local and overseas travel is required
Leadership experience, adept at managing and motivating a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities
To Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to expand export sales and penetrate the food service market, aligning with organizational objectives.
Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities in targeted international markets, driving increased revenue and market share.
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners, ensuring exceptional service and fostering long-term collaborations.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Provide insights and recommendations for product development tailored to meet the demands and preferences of international markets.
Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of international trade regulations and ensure strict compliance with export sales regulations and protocols.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, enhancing brand visibility and establishing industry presence.
Travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, to meet clients, explore opportunities, and solidify partnerships.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations and enhance efficiency.
Carry out duties in complying to Company\'s Food Safety System, Company\'s Environment Guidelines, Company\'s Health and Safety Guidelines, Company\'s Policy and Procedures, etc. by maintaining, evaluating and continuous improvement.
