We are now expanding and looking for a
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to scale our revenue by closing high-value B2B contracts.
This Role Is For You If
You enjoy selling

C-level executives, directors, and senior decision-makers

the deals you close
This is not a marketing or admin role --
you own revenue.
What You Will Do
Develop a strong understanding of Valourix's solutions
Identify and approach target companies such as corporates, factories, developers, data centres, and SMEs
Reach decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, calls, and referrals
Lead discussions with
C-suite, directors, and senior management
to understand business needs and position Valourix's solutions
Qualify opportunities based on budget, scope, urgency, and authority
Own the full sales cycle -- outreach, discovery, pitching, negotiation, follow-ups, and closing
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and solution decks
Generate and follow up on quotations and commercial terms
Request and manage required client documents throughout the deal flow
Work directly with the Managing Directors on sales strategy, pricing, and account prioritisation
Maintain a clear sales pipeline and provide weekly updates
What We're Looking For
1-5 years experience in
B2B sales, IT sales, engineering sales, or solution selling
Comfortable with cold outreach and high-value conversations
Strong negotiation and follow-up discipline
Self-driven, organised, and revenue-focused
Experience in
AI, cybersecurity, IT services, engineering projects, or SaaS
is a strong advantage.
Compensation
Base salary:
RM3,000 - RM3,500
Commission:
3%-5% per deal
Typical monthly earnings:
RM8,000 - RM20,000+
No cap on commissions
This is a performance-based sales role -- you earn what you work for.
High commissions on project-based and recurring contracts.
