Position Title: Business Development Manager

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM 4000 - RM7000

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and further development of the commercial contacts with new and existing customers in order to achieve the budgeted sales turnover.
• Active sales and promotion product range in order to achieve the budgeted sales turnover.
• Taking the lead with development of new markets / segments for both new and existing customers.
• Responsibility for the creation of reports and various meetings, in order to achieve and maintain positive customer contacts.
• Responsibility for investigating and resolving queries from customers.
• In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by their manager as reasonably required.

Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in spare parts/equipment in the relevant industries
• Knowledge of current market & to expand market share with new customers
• Ability to work out sales objectives and strategies for assigned customers within defined region.
• Ability to extend customer network within defined region.
• Ability to monitor, manage and forecast of sales based on customer\'s requirements & orders
• Ability to collect marketing & competitors\' information & to report timely to managers.
• Ability to collect debts.
• Ability to provide quality after-sales service to customer
• Ability to meet annual sales target and to spend within expenses budget assigned.
• Self-motivated and organised individual
• Proven Track record of achieving KPI\'s and targets.
• Outgoing with an ability to build rapport with people of all backgrounds.

Benefit:

AWS/13th month = 1 month

Variable bonus = 2 months if achieve 100% of KPIs.
