Job description & requirements The Role: Focus on revenue generation, profitability, and exceeding targets. Expand clinic client base in Malaysia by leveraging our very successful business and operating model through strong networking and marketing activities. Develop and execute clear go-to-market sales strategy and tactics with the team. Develop and nurture KOLs, build and maintain strong customer relationships and deliver a high level of customer service. Track and participate in government and private sector tenders. Monitor market trends and sales performance, and develop timely and appropriate actions. Partner with internal stakeholders to develop effective business strategies, solutions and to resolve any issues. Identify and drive strategic partnerships with relevant industries to develop new solutions, services, and markets and establish win-win commercial partnerships Lead and provide guidance to the sales team to achieve their targets Experience and Skills: Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in IT/software systems preferably in the Healthcare sector in Malaysia. Experience in new business acquisition, from cold calling to solution design and negotiation. Experience in using lead generation tools and sales tools (HubSpot). Team player who is willing to take on additional tasks and new roles. Strong planning and organising capabilities and ability to work independently. Hands-on approach with a strong desire to share knowledge and lead by example. Creative thinking and good problem-solving skills.
