Job Description


A reputable general trading company is looking for Business Development Manager to drive the growth and expansion of Chemical Department and New Business Development by enhancing market penetration, expanding the customer base, and identifying new market segments.JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the chemical product lines
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while strategically establishing new accounts
  • Manage the sales process from inquiry handling, event participation, offers, and quotations, to order procurement and sales forecasting. Ensure the timely follow-up on receivables to facilitate prompt payments
  • Conduct in-depth market/company research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.
  • Provide regular reports to management/groups on business development activities and results
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Sales & Marketing or any related field
  • At least 5 years of business development experience in chemicals industries
  • Good business sense/acumen, negotiation and good interpersonal skills
  • High sense of responsibility, aptitude for teamwork and problem solving
