Business Development Manager
to drive our growth to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development plans to expand Drone Sifu's market presence.
Manage and maintain strong client relationships -- corporate brands, government agencies, event partners, tourism bodies, and private sectors.
Identify new markets, partnerships, collaborations, and revenue channels (drone shows, training, manufacturing, creative content).
Present proposals, pitch decks, and solutions to clients with confidence.
Work closely with our technical and engineering teams to understand capabilities and create feasible project scopes.
Oversee project timelines, requirements, and handover from sales to operations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, price structures, and follow-up with clients.
Attend site recce, meetings, and discussions with stakeholders when required.
Understand basic principles of
electrical & electronic engineering
, drone technology, and event operations (training will be provided).
Maintain CRM records, follow-up pipelines, and monthly business development reports.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in
Business, Marketing, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields
.
Experience in
sales / business development
(tech, engineering, event, or media industry preferred).
Good understanding of technical concepts -- drones, electronics, or hardware is a big advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Able to travel when required (site meetings, events, recce).
Passion for drones, technology, innovation, and creative media is a plus.
