Business Development Manager

Job Description

We're looking for a Business Development Manager who is essentially a business mindset that can independently handling deals, sourcing resources and strategize business ideas to solve intricate requirements to achieve sustainable profit and goal of the company.

Minimum Qualification:

  • You have a Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • You have at least five (5) years of relevant working experience.
  • You have the ability to think like a customer, intuitively understanding what the audience needs to know and how they want to consume IT
  • You have clear articulation of the business goal behind the creation of any proposal
  • You have a self-starter attitude with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines You are brave in managing multiple deals in a high-pressure, high-stakes environment.
  • You are capable of building partnerships to enhance influence and create long term value for all parties
  • You portray strong written and interpersonal skills to maximize value in partnership negotiations.
  • You are flexible and able to travel when necessary.
Responsibilities
  • To develop and execute business plan and 'go to market'.
  • To search for resources needed to reach objectives
  • To propose operational evolution and innovation towards a more effective business management supporting sales growth.
  • To provides strategic guidance, support, training, and coaching to the team in developing skills essential for business outreach.
  • To manage multiple projects in various stages of completion, manage and coordinate resources involved for projects with end-to-end involvement in sales and implementation of solutions
  • To independently manage stakeholder relationships including managing expectations and requirements with an array of internal and external, across long and short sales cycle deals.
  • To provide regular status updates, prepare analytical and performance reports as required for management and Board purposes.
  • To work closely with the team (Marketing, Finance, Sales, Customer Service) to provide valuable feedback (based on your conversations with prospects) to guide product roadmap and improve end customer experience.
