CircleDNA is looking for a Business Development Manager with hunter mentality and effective communication skills, an open-minded and independent thinker, and a passion for taking part in driving impactful business. Responsibilities: Assume responsibility for managing the end-to-end commercial process of securing large exclusive deals for CircleDNA, starting from prospecting and leading all the way to final deal closure for inbound leads. Proactively and intelligently generate interest in CircleDNA\'s offerings through a combination of inside and outside sales techniques, ensuring efficient outreach. Maintain meticulous data entry in the CRM system, consistently updating and verifying information related to potential sales opportunities and incorporating relevant notes based on the latest status. Possess comprehensive knowledge of the company\'s value propositions, enabling the ability to clearly articulate and respond to inquiries regarding all opportunities. Demonstrate responsiveness in all follow-up communications with leads across various channels, prioritizing an enhanced partner experience. Collaborate closely with the CircleDNA B2B team and other cross-functional teams, such as Lab, Clinical, Product, and Operations, to actively generate leads and successfully close deals. Requirements 5-7 years of experience in Strategic Partnership in Healthcare industry, especially in the SEA market Strong knowledge of the full sales cycle from prospecting to final closing to post-sales engagement Inquisitive, open-minded and resilient mentality - demonstrate an ability to perform while facing challenges in dynamic environment and market You have a strong growth mindset and do not settle for the status quo but instead bring high levels of creativity and innovation to solutions you propose Strong comprehension and listening skills - comprehend and communicate values of our company, as well as engage, listen to and educate our leads Strong disciplined work ethic - hardworking, inner drive to hit targets an self-motivated Strong drive and ability to build business with new partners and expand CircleDNA\'s geography footprint Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a challenging environment Ability to speak and write English fluently Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word Benefits Our DNA is P-R-E-N-E-T-I-C-S.
