Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager. The role is primarily located in Kuala Lumpur, but with flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, creating and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven track record in sales and business development Knowledge of digital marketing industry and trends Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields is a plus Proven work experience in Business Development (Marketing agencies\' working experiences is a plus) Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Fluency in English and a second language is a plus
