We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and fostering partnerships with clients in various sectors, including agriculture, construction, environmental, and infrastructure. Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new business streams and partnership opportunities
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and partners
• Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote the company\'s products or services
• Creating and delivering presentations to potential clients and partners
• Negotiating and closing deals with clients and partners
• Collaborating with other departments such as the projects team to ensure alignment of business development efforts with the company\'s overall strategy
• Assisting management in tasks related to new business and lead generation
• Keeping track of and reporting on the progress of business development efforts
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to expand network reach

Requirements

• Strong research and communication skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Degree in business or spatial-related fields
