Open Position: Business Development Manager (Leading Solar Engineering Company)

A leading Solar Engineering Company is looking for Business Development Manager to lead an energetic business development and sales team based in Selangor.

Key requirements include:

\xc2\xb7 Lead your team to plan and strategize on sales and marketing plans to turn leads into sales in the competitive solar energy market in Klang Valley.

\xc2\xb7 Hungry for and hunt for new business and leverage on every referral and opportunity that arise.

\xc2\xb7 Effectively communicate project requirements to project and subsequently operations teams.

\xc2\xb7 Advise technical solutions and provide trainings to customers.

\xc2\xb7 Proven sales track record in signing commercial and industrial customers.

\xc2\xb7 More than 5 years in similar industry doing the same role.

\xc2\xb7 Background in Electrical Engineering is desirable.

\xc2\xb7 Experience selling solutions instead of products to customers.

\xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is required.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent leadership skills in managing a sales team.

\xc2\xb7 Open to a fast paced working culture.
