This role is also expected to conduct marketing campaigns, execute transformative marketing to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.This position is part of our Malaysia commercial organization, reporting to the Commercial Leader (Malaysia) and will be located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As the leader in Molecular Diagnostic market, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostics solutions.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Understand industry trends, monitor the dynamic business environment, and identify new business opportunities.
• Develops wining business and marketing strategic plans to drive business.
• Involved in the project management to create demand in new market segment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional organization to meet customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs and address their pain point.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with minimum 5 years of related healthcare sales experience
• Experience in building and executing account strategy, engaging multiple call points within the hospital, including both laboratory and outside-of-the laboratory.
• Previous experience in the diagnostic or pharma industry
• Ability to adapt and react to dynamic and changing circumstances in the market.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Relevant working experience in Molecular Diagnostic
• Demonstrate great business insight with success stories
• Creating a business case with the aim of demand generation
