Primary Objective:

Manage and achieve sales budgeted premium.
Responsible in retaining existing client, develop new
business and ensure growth production in line with
company\'s requirement.
Supervise and manage the sales team
Responsible to the overall business unit\'s prof
Key Responsibilities:

• Grow market share of Small Medium Entrepreneur (SME) in the vicinity.
• Market all type of loans focusing on SME - Program Lending Management (PLM) loans (conventional & Islamic) & Asset Based Financing (ABF).
• Grow deposits from both borrowing & non-borrowing customers.
• Conduct all mandatory checks & only referred bankable deals to Account Relationship Manager for processing.
• Refer all non-PLM middle market cases to Commercial Banking Centre.
• Prepare, vet & sign Letter of Offer.
• Deliver of Offer and upon acceptance to send instruction to Credit Operation Department for documentation.
• Follow up documentation & disbursement of loan (conventional & Islamic) & ABF.
• Ensure compliance of conditions precedent.
• Service all existing customers parked at the branch.
• Cross sell all Bank/Group products & services.
• Newly Non Performing Loan ("NPL") within approved budget.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree - \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum Degree in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in credit with exposure to SME/ commercial sales/ corporate banking.
• Possess strong credit writing and analytical skills.
• Target oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment as well as in a team.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
