The Position Designation Real Estate Business Development Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Sales (Johor) Position Location Johor Bahru Job Specialisation Sales/Marketing, Corporate - Sales We are currently seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at ASCO Law. As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be on acquiring new business and developing strategic partnerships within the real estate industry in Johor. This position requires excellent networking and relationship-building skills, as well as a deep understanding of the local real estate market. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business acquisition and market penetration within the real estate industry in Johor.
• Build strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents, agencies, bankers and developers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and presentations to promote ASCO Law\'s services and demonstrate how it can benefit real estate professionals.
• Develop & utilize a sales methodology to identify and develop sales opportunities, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with our Partners, Marketing, and Practice Area legal team members to generate leads and identify new partnership opportunities.
• Maintain ongoing relationship development during the new business acquisition process, ensuring a smooth handover to the Real Estate Partner.
• Measure success through Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Account Reviews conducted with customers.
• Achieve visit targets to maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet monthly billings targets.
• Keep accurate records of customer and prospective customer contact status in the CRM system.

Qualification Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or business development within the real estate industry, specifically in Johor (Minimum of 3 years working experience).
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in maintaining accurate records.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Johor, including key players, trends, and regulations.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working together with real estate property agencies and bankers is an added advantage.

Job Performance Assessment The candidate work will be assessed on their performance via the firm\'s KPI and OKR methodology. They will be expected to set and achieve goals and objectives in line with the firm\'s performance target and overall strategic plan and contribute to the success of the team member [department/unit]. Salary Range, Remuneration & Benefits

• Base salary PLUS commission
• All statutory contribution
