Primary Objectives:

Drive and manage Region\'s ASB and mortgage sales, credit cards and acquisition, retail loan and fee income (insurance premium) growth.
Lead and coach ASM/SC ASB, PB Mortgage and PBs for sales activities and campaigns to achieve Region\'s ASB, mortgage, credit cards, retail loan growth & fee income targets.
Identify and develop business tie-up/collaboration with established corporations / statutory bodies for ASB, mortgage and credit cards promotion activities.
Conduct product briefing, training and engagement with ASM/SC ASB, PB Mortgage, PBs, BMs and other sales personnels at distribution channels.
Cross sell credit related insurance (MRTA/MRTT, GRTA/GRTT)
